Pecuniary Interest Returns

Singleton Council’s Code of Conduct requires Councillors and designated persons to make an annual disclosure of their pecuniary interests.

Returns of current Councillors and designated persons are made available online below in accordance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009 and the Government Information (Public Access) Regulation, 2018.

Council has redacted the signatures and addresses from online versions of the returns to protect the safety of the individuals named, however applications may be made in accordance with the Government Information (Public Access) Act, 2009 to request access to an unredacted version.  Any such applications will be considered on an individual basis.
