Singleton Community Health Centre is located in Boonal Street Singleton. They offer health services and have a range of staff including a dietician, drug and alcohol counsellor, hospital social worker, child and family nurses, generalist community nurses, home and community care nurses, nurse audiometrists, women’s health nurse, occupational therapist, speech pathologist, sexual assault counsellor and palliative care nurses.
