If so, join us as we explore helpful strategies, useful tools and basic guides to arm you with the information needed to protect + keep your personal details secure online. Learn how to easily recognise a scammer knocking on your door or identify a fraudulent call, text or email to help you stay safe. Artwork Exhibition + Luncheon

Local seniors are invited to pick up a free canvas from Singleton Library and create an artwork referencing the theme Reach beyond.
All created works of art will be displayed at Singleton Library for the duration of the festival, with the collection officially launched at Council’s Senior’s Week
Luncheon at the Library on Wednesday 13 March 2024. Completed canvasses are to be returned to the Library by Friday 1 March 2024.

The Australian Horse at War with Associate Professor Nancy Cushing

Horses arrived in Australia on the First Fleet and played key roles in the social world of settler colonists and the wider economy. As its 110th anniversary approaches, this talk will focus on Australian horses in the First World War and beyond, shifting the focus from the human to equine perspective and exploring what war meant for horses.
