Planning in the Park - Hebden

If you are planning to renovate, build a house/structure or make improvements on your property, head along and talk with Singleton Council’s Development Planners and Building Certifiers at Planning in the Park.

The next Planning in the Park will be held at Hebden Community Hall (5 Scrumlo Road, Hebden) on Tuesday 26 November between 2.30 – 4.30pm.

Planning in the Park sees Council’s Development and Environmental Services Team go into the community and make themselves available to talk all things planning and development at a convenient location, making it easier for locals to get advice and without having to make an appointment.

Development and Environmental Services include:

• Development application assessment
• Building certification and inspections
• Construction certificate assessments
• Complying development certificates
• Council planning advice
