Helping Learner Drivers to Become Safe Drivers Workshop
Are you a parent or guardian with a full license that is supervising a learner driver?
In partnership with Transport for NSW, Singleton Council is holding a free Helping Learner Drivers Become Safer Drivers workshop at Singleton Youth Venue on Wednesday 29 May from 6-8pm.
The two-hour workshop will offer practical advice that will help you teach your learner driver to be a safe driver.
The workshop will provide information about the current rules and requirements for L and P platers, how learners benefit from supervised on-road driving and how you can help make learning to drive a safe and positive experience.
The workshop is designed to improve the confidence and knowledge of supervising drivers. An accredited driving instructor will be in attendance to give you feedback and advice.
Refreshments will be available on the night.
Numbers are limited and bookings are essential.
To secure your spot, contact Road Safety Officer Hayden Vella via email E hvella@upperhunter.nsw.gov.au or phone T 0429 072 078.
