ENCORE program in Singleton

ENCORE is a free, eight-week exercise and wellness program designed specifically for women who have experienced breast cancer at any stage of their lives. The program includes a mix of land and water-based exercises, relaxation techniques, and expert-led discussions aimed at supporting recovery, restoring strength, and improving overall well-being.

The program is launching in Singleton from 29 April 2025 to 17 June 2025 at Singleton Gym + Swim.
