Singleton's annual bulk waste collection will take place from 4 November - 13 December 2024.
This is a service for urban and rural residential households that receive a domestic waste and recycling service, providing the opportunity to dispose of bulkier waste items simply by placing them on the kerbside for collection free of charge.
Collections will occur for localities across the Singleton local government area over a six-week period. To see the collection schedule, visit www.singleton.nsw.gov.au/bulkwaste
Residents can place up to 2m3 of domestic waste (equivalent to 1.2m x 1.8m trailer loaded under 1m high) on the kerbside the week before their collection.
Loose rubbish must be placed in bags or boxes and all items placed for collection should be capable of being loaded by hand by two adults (items under 40kg and less than 1.5m in length).
Any materials placed on the kerb after the specified time or not complying with these collection guidelines will not be collected.
