Flood Certificate Applications

Flood certificates provide details of the flood liability of a land parcel. They are prepared in good faith by Council using the most current adopted flooding information held by Council at the time the certificate is created.

Council is only able to issue flood certificates for certain land within the Singleton Township, Camberwell Village and Broke Village. Before lodging a flood certificate application, please check the map below to determine whether a flood certificate is able to be issued for your land.

Following receipt of a completed application form and payment of the application fees, the Flood Certificate will be issued within fourteen (14) days.
