We've made reporting issues and requesting services within the Singleton LGA quick and easy.

  • To report traffic light issues in NSW, you can call the Transport for NSW Incident Reporting Line at 131 700
     

For everything else the following forms ensure we have the right information to investigate and get the issue addressed. In most cases, including a photo is the easiest and quickest way to notify us of issues that need addressing.

Trees

Tree trimming and maintenance, request to remove, replace or plant a tree or report a fallen tree or branch.

Roads, Footpaths & Drains

Roads, footpaths, drains, streetlights and traffic signs.

Bins

Missed bin collection, request a new, additional or upsized bin, damaged bin, dispose of special waste or cancel your waste service.

Parks, Playgrounds & Reserves

Report any issues in relation to our Parks, Playgrounds and Reserves, including illegal camping at Broke, Jerrys Plains and Bulga.

Dogs, Cats or Other Animals

Lost or found pets, barking dogs, dog attacks, straying stock and other animal related issues.

Vehicle & Parking Issues

Illegal parking and abandoned vehicles.

Dumped Rubbish, Graffiti & Property Damage

Dumped rubbish, graffiti or damage to Council property.

Neighbourhood Noise & Nuisance

Noise, dust and smoke.
