Public Notice of Approval of the Singleton Development Control Plan

At its meeting on 18 June 2024 (Minute No. 99/24), Council endorsed the draft Amended Singleton Development Control Plan 2014 (Amendment 4) for public exhibition. The draft was publicly exhibited for 28 days from Thursday 20 June 2024 to Thursday 18 July 2024 in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulations 2021 (NSW) (EP&A Regulation).

At its ordinary meeting on 26 November 2024 (Minute No. 157/24), Council resolved to approve the draft Amended Singleton Development Control Plan 2014 (Amendment 4).

The Amendment included site specific controls for an Urban Release Area located at 349 Bridgman Road, Obanvale.

The Plan is now in force.
