Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) Framework

The Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) Framework provides Councils in NSW a clear structure under which to develop, document and deliver long term plans for their community.

Community Strategic Plan

The Community Strategic Plan outlines the community's vision and priorities for the future of Singleton over a ten year period.

Delivery Program

The Delivery Program is a four year plan to achieve the outcomes of the Community Strategic Plan.

Operational Plan

The Operational Plan is Council’s annual map detailing activities that will be delivered over the next financial year to progress the Delivery Program.

Annual Report

The Annual Report provides a snapshot of Singleton Council's achievements over the past year.

Fees and Charges

Fees and charges for Council-provided services and facilities are set annually as part of the Delivery Program and Operational Plan.

Resourcing Strategy

A plan considering the availability of resources to deliver the Community Strategic Plan.

Community Engagement Strategy 2024-2028

The Singleton Community Engagement Strategy, including Community Participation Plan, sets the framework for the engagement function of Singleton Council, outlining our proactive approach to ensuring all stakeholders can have meaningful involvement that is inclusive, respectful, relevant, and timely.

Financial Statements

The Financial Statements contain detailed reporting on Council's audited financial position and must be prepared in accordance with Section 413 of the Local Government Act 1993.

Local Environmental Plan

The Local Environmental Plan provides planing and environmental control over the use and development of land within Singleton.

Development Control Plan

The Development Control Plan is a document that is adopted by Council, which contains detailed design criteria and guidelines for all development in the Singleton local government area.
