At Council’s Ordinary Meeting held on 16 July 2024, Council resolved to place the following proposed changes to the 2024/2025 Fees and Charges Schedule for community feedback for a period of 28 days:
- Omission of the Bulga Recreational Ground Clubhouse from the recreational building for hire fee, and
- Inclusion of a proposed Stay of Infringement to Review Fire Safety Schedule fee as per Section 610F of the Local Government Act 1993.
The Draft Fees and Charges Schedule may be viewed in hard copy at Council’s Customer Service Centre, Singleton Visitor Information Centre and Singleton Public Library or downloaded below.
Draft 2024/2025 Fees and Charges Schedule
Community feedback is invited from Monday 16 July 2024 to Sunday 18 August 2024.
Should any submissions be received, a further report will be provided to Council related to the applicable change prior to adopting the fees and charges. Should no submissions be received, the 2024/2025 Fees and Charges Schedule will be amended to omit Bulga Recreation Ground from the recreational building for hire fee and include the Stay of Infringement to Review Fire Safety Schedule fee.
