AMENDMENT - Add Annex to Main Residence, Amalgamate Cultural Centre into Cellar Door Building and relocate Event Space

Submissions must relate to the development proposed in the application and not contain comments which could be considered or construed as slanderous.

Issues raised in submissions will be taken into consideration in the assessment of the development application. If the issues raised can be managed through conditions of consent or are not considered sufficient to require a report to a Council Meeting, the application will be determined by a Council officer under delegated authority.

A person, organisation or company who makes a submission who has made political donation/s and/or given gifts to a councillor of Singleton Council or an employee of Council within a period of 2 years prior to the submission being made and ending when the application is determined, are required under section 10.4 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 to make the appropriate disclosure.
