Singleton Socio-Economic Development Strategy

The Singleton Socio-Economic Development Strategy provides strategic direction on key projects and programs required to be delivered by Council staff, key stakeholders and partners to improve Singleton’s liveability, and economic sustainability.

It outlines projects and programs to be delivered between 2024 and 2028 that will inform the development of a long-term economic and community evolution plan.

It will also inform and identify actions to support Singleton Council’s Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Plan and Operational Plans.

It is designed to be aligned with Federal and State policy and the National Wellbeing Index to allow for a streamlined local and regional approach. This in turn will support Council’s advocacy agenda and funding requirements to address local community needs.

It also provides community, business, stakeholders and government with a strategic vision, framework and strategic actions to plan for future community prosperity and wellbeing.
