Workshop Series

Are you considering starting a business or started and business and unsure if you are set for success?

Would you like to learn the business basics?

Our Business Start-Up workshop series is for you.

Presented by the team at The Business Centre, the Start-Up Workshop Series is a FREE, 3 part workshop series to ensure you have everything you need to know to start a business.

Workshop 1 - The Nitty Gritty

Wednesday 5th June | 9am – 12:30pm

In this workshop you will hear from an experienced Business Advisor in your compliance as a business owner. Learning about the different business structures, ABN’s, When to register for GST, Insurances and creating a business model for your business.

Workshop 2 – Spreading the Word

Wednesday 12th June | 9am – 12:30pm

This workshop is focused on all things marketing. In this workshop, you will learn from an experienced Business Advisor on how to identify your target audience, suitable social media platforms for your business and audience, learn about different websites, SEO (search Engine Optimisation) and more.

Workshop 3 – The Financials

Wednesday 19th June | 9am – 12:30pm

This workshop is focused on the financial side of business. In this session, you will hear from an experienced Business Advisor about working out if your business is financially viable, financial forecasting, cashflow and your financial obligations as a business owner.

About The Business Centre

The Business Centre provide business advisory through the Services NSW Business Connect Program with experienced advisors, that can give practical insights and business skill development in all areas of running a business.
