How Do I
Disability
Council is committed to making sure everyone in the community has equal access to services and facilities. We are dedicated to improving physical access to all Council-owned facilities through the implementation of the Disability Action Plan 2020. Council has also undertaken audits on 13 Council-owned facilities.

Other initiatives are being pursued including the "Accessible Communities" project where the Committee is working with businesses to encourage and support them to improve their accessibility.

Singleton and District Disability Advisory Committee
The Singleton and District Disability Advisory Committee meets bi-monthly and advises Council on the needs of the community, and advocates for people with a disability. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Disability Inclusion Action Plan
